Climbing up the Avacha volcano, rafting along the Bystraya river, helicopter EXCURSION TO the Kurilskoye lake and to Hodutkinskye and Timonovsky hot springs, a flight to the Valley of Geysers by helicopter, excursion around Avacha bay by boat – and all of these are during 12 days only!
1 day | Arrival in Moscow. Meeting and transfer. Accommodation is in the hotels "Cosmos", **** or "Izmailovo", ***, DBL, BB. Free time in Moscow or optional excursions. |
2 day | Breakfast in the hotel. Sightseeing excursion around Moscow during transfer to Domodedovo a/p or SVO-1. Flight to PK. |
3 DAY | Arrival to PK. Meeting in the airport Elizovo, transfer to the hotel in PK or to the rest base in Paratunka, DBL. |
4 DAY | Breakfast. Transportation to the helicopter airport «Izluchina» in Elizovo. 6 hour long excursion to the Valley of Geysers (VG): the flight to the VG 1hour 15min; on the way to the VG there is a flight around the Maly Semyachic volcano with the acid lake inside the crater; a flight around the Karymsky volcano; landing in the VG; 2,5 hour hiking excursion along the VG. Lunch, picnic; the flight to Timonovskye hot springs 40 min. Accommodation in the tourist camp. Bathing in hot springs, walking around. Dinner. |
5 DAY | Return to Elizovo by helicopter. Transfer to PK. Accommodation in the hotel. Excursion around PK. Visiting the regional museum, fish stores. Returning to the hotel. |
6 DAY | After breakfast departure to the «Avacha» tourist camp by off-road truck (50 km, 2,5 hour). This camp is situated in the saddle between the Avacha and Koryaksky volcanoes (900m.) in the area of Alpine meadows. Lunch there. Adapting walks around. Setting up the camp. Dinner. Overnight in the tents. |
7 DAY | Breakfast. Ascent of the crater of the Avacha volcano (2741m. 9-10 hours to and back). During the climbing up lunch-picnic. After descent – transfer to Paratunka. Accommodation in the rest base. DBL. |
8 DAY | Breakfast. Transfer to the helicopter airport «Izluchina». The flight to the Kuril lake (1,5 hour), viewing the salmon spawning grounds, if lucky – making photos of the brown bear, wandering around, lunch. After lunch the flight to the Hodutka river, bathing in the river Goryachaya (Hot River). Returning to Elizovo. Transfer to the Paratunka rest base. |
9 DAY | After breakfast transportation to Malky settlement (150 km. 2,5 hour). Visiting and bathing in Malky thermal-mineral hot springs (according to your wish). Lunch. The beginning of rafting along Bystraya river (1,5-2 hour, 15 km.). Setting up the camp. Dinner. Overnight in the tents. |
10 DAY | Continue the rafting (4-5 hours, 30-40 km.). Breakfast, lunch. Fishing. Making the camp. Dinner. Overnight in tents. |
11 DAY | Breakfast. Finishing rafting at «Japanese bridge». Transfer to PK (200 km. 3,5 hour). Accommodation in the hotel. Dinner. |
12 DAY | Breakfast Transfer to the seaport. Sea excursion with fishing for flounder, halibut or sea perch, and picnic (fish soup «ukha»). Sight seeing the «Three brothers» (rocks), bird colonies. Fishing tackle is provided. After fishing going to the Tikhaya bay for lunch («ukha»). Coming back to the hotel in PK |
13 day | Breakfast and transfer to airport via PK. Seeing off in a\p. Arrival to Moscow. Transfer to the hotel (“Cosmos” or “Izmailovo”). Accommodation. |
14 day | Transfer to the airport and seeing off. |
